Influenza-like illness (measured temperature ≥100.5F (38C) and a sore throat or cough for 4 or more hours; please verify your oral temperature with the digital thermometer provided to you)
Also, please call your primary health care provider immediately. As soon as possible, we would like you to schedule a time for you to have blood and swab specimens collected by clinic staff with the kit we have provided to you. Instructions will be included in the kit. You will provide a tube of blood and 6 swabs (2 nasal, 2 throat, and 2 eye swabs). In 30 days, we ask that you return to the clinic for a 2nd blood draw. The clinic staff will send us your specimens.
