Original Source Information: This isolate was collected in January 2005 from a stool sample from a 6 year old male seen in Colorado.
Method of Identification Confirmation: The sample was typed by sequencing PCR products of a partial region of the hexon gene (protocol from CDC) and compared to our adenovirus sequence library and NCBI.
