If you are unable to launch the PowerPoint, try this method:
Go to https://globalcampus.uiowa.edu/ on your internet browser.
(Do not enter a User ID or Password because neither is required.)
Find, then click on, the date 21Feb2008 on the calendar.
Click “Recordings” on the “Meetings Recordings Help” button bar.
Click on “Regional Advisory Cmte to GPCAH - Sanderson Presentation”
