For the Legislative Breakfast held on February 18, 2010, the Iowa Coalition on Mental Health and Aging partnered with the Iowa Association of Area Agencies on Aging in an effort to make the link between mental health and aging stronger than ever. Letters of invitation were sent to all state senators and representatives. This was followed up with an email invitation to the state senators and representatives several days before the breakfast. Individuals who registered on the ICMHA website were sent confirmation letters and informational brochures on contacting their senators and representatives.
