Off to a Good Start: Framing Policy for Early Childhood Health Systems IntegrationThursday, October 27, 2005 This event will provide an in-depth examination of the health component of Iowa's Early Childhood Strategic Plan developed by the Early Childhood Iowa Stakeholders over the course of the past three years. This road map will lead to a comprehensive, systemic response to the health care needs of Iowa's youngest citizens ages birth to five, guided by the vision of "every child, beginning at birth, will be healthy and successful."
