Biography - Ann M. Coady

Ms. Coady received her BS degree from The University of Iowa, where she has been employed since 1982.  She first worked in the Iowa Drug Information Service and the University Payroll Office and then joined the Department of Preventive Medicine and Environmental Health in 1986. She served as administrator for the department from October 1994 through June 1999. Ms. Coady was appointed as administrator for the College of Public Health when it was established in 1999.

As assistant dean for administration, Ms. Coady has responsibility for the administrative functions of the college including finance and purchasing, human resources, facilities management, and information technology.  In addition to these administrative functions she serves as advisor to the associate deans and also serves as the budget officer for the college.
