IRB Approval

Currently, all projects must obtain full IRB approval and be considered a human subjects research study in addition to receiving approval from Wellmark.   Data access can be granted after both Wellmark and the IRB have approved the study.

By submitting the request through CPHS you will be submitting your request to Wellmark.  You must obtain your own IRB approval for your study.
