2002: "Advancing Patient Care and Community Health through Cutting Edge IT and Leadership"


We invite you to attend the 24th Annual Healthcare Executive Symposium sponsored by The University of Iowa's Department of Health Management and Policy and its alumni. This event will take place on October 11-12, 2002, at the Sheraton Iowa City Hotel in Iowa City, Iowa.

This annual event features national leaders in the field of healthcare addressing topics of current interest. This year's symposium is titled "Advancing Patient Care and Community Health Through Cutting Edge IT and Leadership."

The speakers and working titles include:

Symposium registrants also have the opportunity to attend The University of Iowa-Michigan State University football game on Saturday, October 12, including a pre-game brunch at 9:30 a.m. hosted by The University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics.

We hope our annual symposium will contribute to participants' efforts to maintain annual professional development, and will provide an environment that supports peer interaction and relationship building.
