Application Procedures
Send to the Office of Graduate Admissions
- Completed Online Application (see link below)
- Application fees: domestic and permanent residents $60,
International Applicants $85 by credit card only.
- All applicants applying online will be required to pay the
application fee by credit card.
- Official transcripts (showing all previous undergraduate and
graduate work with grades and degrees)
- For MHA Applicants: Official GRE or GMAT scores are preferred,
however we will accept official MCAT, VAT, LSAT or DAT scores
in lieu of the GRE or GMAT.
- TOEFL, where applicable
- For Ph.D. Applicants: Official GRE scores
Send to the Department of Health Management and Policy
- Three letters of recommendation. Applicants are strongly encouraged
to include at least two letters from faculty members who are well
acquainted with your academic performance.
Use forms provided by Department:
- Statement of Objectives (using the form provided by the Department).
The Statement of Objectives should address commitment, goals,
qualifications Including work experience), current health care
issues and reasons for interest in our program. The admissions
committee seeks evidence of maturity, strength of purpose and
academic potential as well as the ability to communicate clearly
and professionally.

Academic Records/Transcripts
Send one set of official academic records/transcripts to the department.
(One set should also be sent to the Office of Admissions.)
