This conference has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of The University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine and The University of Iowa College of Public Health.

The University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 11 category 1 credits toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the activity.

This program is approved for CEUs under 645-280.101(1) of the Iowa Board of Social Work Examiners rules for Continuing Education. The University of Iowa School of Social Work is an Iowa Board of Social Work Examiners approved provider #0034. This program is approved for 8 hours for attendance on October 27th and 4 hours for attendance on October 28th.

General
The University of Iowa awards 0.75 CEUs (7.5 hours) for October 27, and 0.6 CEUs (6.0 hours) for October 28 in general CEUs for attendance at The Midwest Rural Agricultural Safety and Health Forum.
