Novel Influenza A(H1N1) (also known as swine flu)

Recent reports of Novel Influenza A(H1N1) throughout the United States are good reminders to stay aware and prepared for an influenza pandemic.  The Institute for Public Health Practice, along with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), United States Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH), and state and federal public health laboratories have information on what you need to do to prepare for and protect yourself from this new strain of influenza.
