“Creating a Population Health System” conference is April 22

The College of Public Health will host a national health policy conference on April 22 at the College of Public Health Building.

“Creating a Population Health System: Innovation Opportunities” is a conference to identify economic incentives and new models to promote health, minimize costs, and improve quality.

The conference will address:

  • What the shift to population health means for traditional health care payers and providers.
  • Innovation ideas, new health policy approaches, critical partnerships and leading the charge for fundamental system transformation.

Keynote presenters include:

  • Alice Rivlin, Director, Center for Health Policy, Brookings Institution
  • Jim Weinstein, Chief Executive Officer and President of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health System
