- 100% of the program administrators/directors are of Non-Native American ancestry.
- 96% of the Policy Board of Directors membership are of Non-Native American ancestry.
- 100% of the Clinical Supervisors are of Non-Native American decent.
- 87% of the certified and counselor trainee staff are Non- Native American.
- 16% of programs reported that they utilized the services of Native American cultural consultants.
- 9.9% of the total staffing patterns of the programs are Native American.
- 64% of the staff received no training about Lakota/Dakota/Nakota culture

- To develop a set of lesson plans designed to enhance the cultural and spiritual awareness, understanding and competency levels of staff members employed by non-tribal, state accredited programs in South Dakota.
