Course Policies in PATTC
Registration
Policies
1.
Please read this page carefully before you register for
this course.
2. Once you choose agree the policy, you can go ahead complete all fields
on the registration form and then click on 'Register' at the bottom of the
registration page.
3. You only need to submit your registration information one time per course.
(Within minutes you should receive a copy of the information that you submitted
through the online registration page at the email account that you entered
on the form. )
4. You can register for a course at any time you want.
5. After fill out the registration form the only thing you need to do the
make the payment.
Payment
and Refund Policies
1.
The total cost of each course is $35.00 (US).
2. PATTC will accept payments by check, money order, or cash.
3. Returned Check Policy: The charge for a returned check will be $20.00
(US). After two returned checks, the participant will no longer be allowed
to pay by check.
4. There is NO REFUND once you have logged in at first time.
5. All payments are deposited after you first logged in. The method of refund
is to return the original check, money order, or cash.
6. The PATTC reserves the right to refuse services to anyone whose account
is in arrears.
7. After we got your payment we will set your account active, (you can log
in by your account now) and send an email notice.
Course
Taking Polices
1.
The whole period of this course is 8 weeks. The days will
begin from the day you first logged in. Once you log in,
there is reminder on the main page to tell you how many days
left for this course.
2. Click ‘Start to Learn’ on the main page to
get access to course content page. You can also download
the PDF text from the course content
page.
3. When asked to write answer, you can input your answer to the text area,
and click ‘Save my Note’. Your note will be accessed by click ‘download
my note’ on the menu of each page.
4. If at the end of the eight week, you haven’t taken the final test
for at least once, you failed in this course.
5. If at the end of the eight week, student took the test for the first time
and failed in the test, he has one week grace period to retake the final.
6. If you failed in the course, you need to reregister for the course.
7. If you can’t finish the course on time for some reason and you want
resume your course, please write email to us to state your reason.
8. After you pass your final, if you are in your 8 week course period, you
can still access to your account until the end of 8 weeks. But you can’t
take the test again.
Test
Taking
1.
The final test consists of 30 multiple choice questions and
one essay question worth 20 points. You need to finish the
test in 60 minutes, and the passing grade is 70%.
2. You have two chances to take the final. If you fail the final for first
time, you have one chance to make up. If you fail again, you fail the course.
3. If you pass the final for the first time, you can’t retake the test.
4. The test is open book and you can refer to your notes, text book, and
whatever materials you want.
5. After you pass your final, you will get a informal
certificate page, please print it out for future use.
6. After you finish the course and pass the final, you need to go to the
ATTC office to get your certificate.

Certificate
1.
To get your certificate, please come to PATTC home office
at least 3 days after you pass your final, with your Photo
ID and copy of your certification page.
