The Prairielands
ATTC serves a five state region that includes the state of Nebraska.
The state coordinator, Kate
Speck, is located at Doane
College in Lincoln, Nebraska. Designed to meet the needs of nontraditional
students wishing to pursue a degree, the Lincoln campus was established
in 1981.
Doane's newest graduate program, the Master
of Arts in Counseling, provides a clinical background for practicing
counselors and is designed to meet Nebraska's state requirements.
Course work includes classes in addiction, drug and alcohol studies
and community/rural mental health.
