The
Prairielands ATTC serves a five state region that includes the
state of North Dakota. The state coordinator is
located at United Tribes Technical Center in Bismarck, ND.UTTC is
a nonprofit corporation owned and governed by the five Indian reservations
located wholly or in part within the State of North Dakota.

The
governing body is a ten-member board of directors made up of the tribal
chairperson and one representative from the tribal councils of each
of the five reservations. UTTC represents a unique opportunity for
educating the entire family in a residential setting. It is the goal
of UTTC to provide an environment that enhances the development of
self-determination, ethnic pride, and appreciation for cultural diversity.
UTTC enbraces each year with new technology and degrees designed to
enhance tribal communities.
