Be Hipp is a project sponsored by the Healthier Workforce Center for Excellence in the College of Public Health.
Be Hipp is a randomized, controlled study designed to explore new approaches to worksite wellness. Half of the participants will attend monthly group sessions with lunch provided and the other half will receive quarterly newsletters.
You can Be Hipp if:
All participants who agree to join the study will have height and weight measures done and complete a questionnaire at the beginning of the study and annually. Compensation provided for these visits.
The study team will be on the ACT campus on the following days to enroll interested participants. They would be happy to answer any questions at this time as well.
