April 4, 2022 – The Palm Beach Health Network, comprising six hospitals and care centers spanning Palm Beach County, names Stephanie Lim as its new Group Chief Strategy Officer. In her role, Lim will lead the strategic planning, service line development, and new business ventures efforts to support a regional strategy of growth and expansion in the Palm Beach Health Network.

“Stephanie is an innovator in the healthcare field who brings a deep understanding of strategy implementation and program development to the Palm Beach Health Network,” said Maggie Gill, chief executive officer of the Palm Beach Health Network.  “Her passion and expertise will be an invaluable asset as we move forward on plans to increase access to our award-winning services for the communities we serve.”

Lim comes to the network from HCA Healthcare Capital Division, in Richmond, Virginia, where she served as the Vice President of Strategy, Neuroscience & Innovation for a network of 19 hospitals across four states.  Prior to this role, Lim served as the Assistant Vice President of Strategy and Development. While in her position, she was responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, as well as the execution of strategic planning process and technology investments.

Lim also worked at UHS Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center as the Director of Business Development, in Las Vegas, Nevada. During her tenure, she led the development and growth of several service lines including cardiac, robotics, women’s services, orthopedics & spine.

Lim is a graduate of Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, and earned her Master of Health Administration from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. She is also board certified as a Fellow by the American College of Healthcare Executives.
