Scholarships available for Current Undergraduate Public Health Majors!

Current Public Health Majors- we have two scholarships available for continuing students:

College of Public Health Continuing Students Diversity Scholarship

This is a one-time, $1,000 diversity scholarship for returning public health majors that demonstrate merit and financial need. Students who are receiving other CPH public health undergraduate scholarships are not eligible. To be eligible, a student must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in the College of Public Health who maintains a minimum cumulative UI GPA of 2.5 and full-time enrollment (12+ hours) at the University of Iowa. Additional eligibility criteria may include one or more of the following: race/ethnic background, socioeconomic factors, and/or first-generation college student. The selection process is competitive and preference will be given to need based applicants. A student can demonstrate financial need through completing a FAFSA (based on the results of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid filed on/after October 1).
Funds will be split equally between the fall the and the spring semesters. Students must be in good academic standing and remain public health majors in the semesters they receive the awards
