Join us on September 14th from 1-2pm CT for the fifth session of the Building Health Equity webinar series: Food Access Equity: Giving Everyone a Seat at the Table. We will be featuring Nicki Ross from Table to Table, Luke Elzinga from the Des Moines Area Religious Council (DMARC), and Marlén Mendoza from the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC).
We will be discussing what equitable food access means and looks like in communities, the major drivers of food insecurity and who is most affected, as well as promising practices that can be implemented on-the-ground to promote food accessibility.
