Our Mission

Providing comprehensive, cost-effective, state of the art solutions to occupational health problems for businesses and individuals throughout Iowa and the Midwest.

Worksafe Iowa is a multidisciplinary outreach program within the University of Iowa’s College of Public Health. We offer consultation services in industrial hygiene, product safety, ergonomics, and occupational medicine, and provide a variety of educational opportunities to occupational health and safety professionals, employers, and employees. The Worksafe Iowa associates make up a network of community based occupational medicine clinics across Iowa that provide occupational health and safety services locally, and in consultation with Worksafe Iowa staff at the UI.
