How do I register to participate?

Undergraduate students

Undergraduate students will need to complete the Office of the Registrar registration form in order to participate in the College of Public Health Commencement and Recognition Ceremony (form available in MyUI in early March).

Please note that this form is not an official application for your degree. Students apply for degrees via the MyUI student portal. More details can be found at the registrar’s office.

Graduate students

Please fill out this online form to register to participate in the College of Public Health Commencement and Recognition Ceremony by April 15, 2020.

Please note that this is not an official commencement registration for your degree nor participation in the Graduate College Commencement ceremony on Friday, May 15, 2020.  Registration for either of those will need to be completed through the Graduate College.

Iowa Graduation App

The Office of the Registrar created the Iowa Graduation App, which anyone (students, staff, guests, etc.) can utilize to locate commencement information. This smartphone app can make personalized schedules, allow users to view campus and venue maps, browse a digital version of the commencement program (when it becomes available), access FAQs and more! For this spring, the event portion of the app will only list the individual ceremonies.

Searchable list of ceremonies.
