To use the scan to email stations in S206 and S207 you can follow the steps below.
Place your documents face down in the scanning input tray located atop of the scanner. You can place multiple sheets in the feeder at a time.
Once your documents are in place tap the screen or press any key to wake up the scanner if it is in sleep mode.
At the main screen press the Email button as shown in the image:
After pressing the email button you will be asked to input an email address. If you know the email address you may simply type it into the TO: field with the keyboard. If you do not know the email address for the person you are trying to send a document to at the University you may click the Address Book button and preform a search for the person you'd like to send to.
From this screen enter in the last name of the person you'd like to email and click on the Find button. Your results should show up on the right hand side of the screen. Simply tap the name of the person you'd like to send to and click ok to add them to your outgoing message.
Once you have the person added Click the Scan button and your document will scan and be previewed on screen for you t review before you need to press the Send button and your email and scanned document will be sent.
