Students awarded AIHF scholarships

Several University of Iowa students are among those selected by the Board of Trustees of the American Industrial Hygiene Foundation (AIHF) to receive scholarships this year. According to AIHF, the recipients distinguished themselves through their commitment to their studies, their communities, and the profession of industrial hygiene.

Congratulations to the following students:

  • AIHF Scholarship: Corey Boles
  • AIHA Fellows Scholarship: Taryn Dausman
  • Clyde M. Berry Memorial Scholarship: Laura Hallett
  • Robert W. Wheeler Scholarship: Samantha Knowlton
  • AIHF Scholarship: Theresa McCollom
  • Real-Time Detection Systems Scholarship: Abigail Tompkins

Recipients will be recognized on May 23, 2016, during the Opening Session at the American Industrial Hygiene Conference and Exposition (AIHce) in Inner Harbor Baltimore, Md.
