Biostatistics student honored with Deming Poster Award

Fangfang Jiang, PhD candidate in biostatistics, recently received the Deming Poster Award at the Deming Conference in Applied Statistics in Atlantic City, NJ. The poster highlighted her dissertation work on adaptive dose-finding clinical trials where accurate estimation of the adaptive dose-toxicity profile governs the MTD determination.

The Deming Poster Award is given in recognition of an exceptional poster presentation showcasing excellence in applied statistical methodology, and honors the recipient’s creative research contributions and dedication to advancing statistical science.
