Paid internships through the Midwestern Public Health Training Center

Published on August 25, 2020

The Midwestern Public Health Training Center (MPHTC) is recruiting eight graduate students to support local health departments in completing their Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs) this fall and winter. Interested students should review this Field Placement Guide and send a resume and cover letter to Hannah Shultz.

Interns receive a $3500 stipend, are expected to complete 175-300 hours of work with the host site, and must be a US citizen or permanent resident. We have host sites across the state. The majority of this work can and will be done remotely, with a couple possible exceptions that can be worked out prior to starting the placement.
