Agricultural Medicine course will take place at CPHB June 8-12

The course “Agricultural Medicine: Occupational & Environmental Health for Rural Health Professionals” will take place June 8-12 at the College of Public Health Building.
The course provides the information and skills needed to enable safety and health professionals to anticipate, recognize, and prevent occupational illnesses and injuries among members of the agricultural community. Activities include presentations, a farm safety educational center tour, research poster session, and a farm tour. View a full course schedule.
The course is jointly provided by the University of Iowa College of Public Health, Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine, UI College of Nursing, Great Plains Center for Agricultural Health, and Heartland Center for Occupational Health and Safety.
