Week of Wellness – September 12-15 – Enter to Win $250 PHA Drawing

Our “Week of Wellness” offers an opportunity to invest in your well-being, learn about your wellness benefits, be active, and connect with colleagues – and complete your 2022 Personal Health Assessment (PHA). Those who have completed their PHA by 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 14, will be entered into a drawing for a $250 prize. Access your PHA in the My liveWELL Portal in Employee Self Service.

  • Monday, Sept. 12, 11- 11:30 a.m. | Meal Planning for Busy People with liveWELL Well-being specialist Kelli Jackson Amato. Strategies and tips for healthy meal planning – simple cost-effective recipes. 
  • Tuesday, Sept. 13, 11 – 11:30 a.m. | Healthy Habits with liveWELL Health Coach Melanie Cuchna. Learn strategies to create healthy habits for physical activity, eating, and sleeping. 
  • Wednesday, Sept. 14, 10 – 10:30 a.m. | Let’s Get Moving – Stretch & Strengthen at Your Desk with UI Rec services instructor Jenna Gibbs. Using body weight exercises, small hand weights, and resistance bands to stay active at your work. 
  • Thursday, Sept. 15, 11:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. | Yoga at Your Desk with UI Rec Services Instructor Meredith Caskey.  Take some time to stretch, relax, breathe, and learn some basic yoga activities that you can do at your desk.   

Recordings of the ZOOM sessions will be posted here – so, anyone can watch later.
