Ashley Williams, an MPH student in the Department of Community and Behavioral Health, will participate in the 2022 Graduate Engagement Corps (GEC). This new program in the UI Office of Community Engagement replaces the Obermann Center’s Graduate Institute on Engagement and the Academy.

The GEC provides graduate students interested in community engagement with training, networking, and funding opportunities. Twenty-five students from across the university will participate in the GEC orientation in January 2022.
