Field discusses indoor air quality issues with South Korean visitors

Bill Field, professor of occupational and environmental health and an expert on radon, recently met with scientists from the University of Pyeongtaek and several other South Korean Universities, as well as a representative from the South Korean Ministry of Environment, who oversees indoor air quality.

The group discussed indoor air quality issues including the development of a radon action level and a radon map for South Korea. The mission of the Ministry of Environment, Republic of Korea, is to protect the national territory from threats of environmental pollution and improve the quality of life for the public.
