Academic Public Health Partnership: Building a strong collaboration between academia and local public health to enhance public health education, workforce development, and practice-based research

This spotlight will describe the Academic Public Health Partnership, a collaboration between the University of Iowa and three local public health departments to enhance public health education, workforce development, and practice-based research. Health department directors will describe careers in local public health, share their vision of the APHP, and provide information on current and future collaborative opportunities for students faculty and staff.
