Osinuga, Mahachi receive Stanley Student Travel Awards for International Research

Congratulations to Abisola Osinuga, a PhD student in occupational and environmental health, and Kurayi Mahachi, a PhD student in epidemiology, who were selected to receive Stanley Student Travel Awards for International Research.

Osinuga will travel to Nigeria this summer to continue work on her project “Impact of water availability on prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders and biomechanical risk factors among rural women and housewives in Ondo state.”

Mahachi will travel to Ethiopia to work on “Vector-borne disease in the Metema- Humera region of Ethiopia: Emerging collaborative partnerships in East Africa.”
