It’s time to start thinking about performance evaluations, and UI and CPH Staff Councils have organized several information sessions to help employees with the process.

The CPH Staff Council has invited representatives from University Human Resources to talk about the online system and performance evaluation processes.  Also, an example of what a “good” performance review should look like will be shared. This session will be recorded for subsequent online viewing in the event you are unable to attend in person.  A URL will be provided for staff access once the recording is complete.

The UI Staff Council is hosting an open brown bag lunch where you can learn about My UI Career performance reviews and goals/goal progress notes. P&S staff and their supervisors are invited to attend. No registration is required.
