The Eat Shop’s CPHB café will open again on Monday, August 18, 2025. When classes are in session, the Eat Shop will be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Eat Shop is a bakery based in Solon that has UI campus café locations in the College of Public Health Building atrium and at the Boyd Law Building.
