For an upcoming issue of Iowa Alumni Magazine, the editors plan to do a feature in which UI faculty and staff offer their predictions on the future of their fields. Some examples could be how 3D printing, virtual reality, treatments and cures for diseases, and driverless cars could revolutionize society.

Currently, the editors are in the process of identifying some possible UI faculty/staff to feature, so if you have an idea to share, please send it to Shelbi Thomas, senior writer and editor, at shelbi.thomas@foriowa.org.
