Whitney Zahnd, assistant professor of health management and policy, has been selected to serve as chair of the editorial board of the Journal of Rural Health, the nation’s only scholarly journal focused on rural health issues. Zahnd’s term will start on January 1, 2023, and end on December 31, 2024.

Sponsored by the National Rural Health Association, the quarterly peer-reviewed journal is devoted to advancing research on rural health policy, health care delivery, and population health.
