The CPH IT Office strongly encourages you to never send any identifiable information via email or any other insecure method of transmission such as FTP or Dropbox.

Alternatively, the College of Public Health offers a Secure File Transfer Protocol server that can be used to transmit large amounts of sensitive data to or from an outside organization. This service is open to Faculty, Staff and CPH Students in need of transmitting data that may contain protected health information or other sensitive data. There is no charge for this service.
