Health Equity Advancement Lab (HEAL) Meeting: Health Equity in Action

Join us for our last meeting of the semester! Nicole Novak, a PhD candidate in epidemiology at the University of Michigan, will be presenting on her work examining the relationship between immigration enforcement, stress, and Latina health in Iowa. Afterwards, other students will be presenting posters on the work that they have been involved in and how it relates to health equity.

HEAL seeks to improve health through community-engaged public health research with communities who experience health inequities. It is led by Drs. Barbara Baquero, Jason Daniel-Ulloa, and Briana Woods-Jaeger.
