Spotlight: Understanding implicit bias in health care

Join us for a DEI Committee-sponsored Spotlight event where we will discuss the following:

• Understand what implicit bias is and where it comes from
• Understand how implicit bias affects health care providers and patients
• Learn how to recognize our own specific implicit biases
• Learn how to mitigate those implicit biases
