Research Interest: Access to healthcare, healthcare provider recruitment and retention, application of behavioral theory within private and public healthcare systems

Current Activities: Completing dissertation, community involvement as a member of City Council, public art organization, emergency management commission, regional arts and culture board member, American College of Health Care Executives Iowa Chapter Board of Directors and Education Committee vice chair.
