FDA is responsible for protecting the public health by assuring the safety, efficacy and security of human and veterinary drugs, biological products, medical devices, our nation’s food supply, cosmetics, and products that emit radiation.  This talk focuses on the essential role of a statistician in the Center of Drug Evaluation and Research.  I will present what we do, how we do it, and discuss with you expertise and skills that we are looking for in both employees and collaborators.
