The Eat Shop is a bakery based in Solon that has café locations in the College of Public Health Building atrium and at the Boyd Law Building. It offers a select variety of freshly baked pastries as well as hot sandwiches and soups, fresh salads, and a robust coffee and espresso menu.

The Eat Shop’s CPHB café is open Monday-Thursday fall and spring semesters when classes are in session from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. For fall 2026 it opens on Aug. 24. Outside those hours, there is a vending machine in the Student Commons kitchenette on the second floor.
