Poster and Signage Policy: Interior posting of signs, posters, and flyers is permitted only on designated bulletin boards, such as those located in the Student Commons. Posting materials on classroom or office walls, doors, sidelights, corridors, entryways, windows, stairwells, restrooms, or any other non‑designated surface is not allowed.
Adhesive materials—including tape, sticky tack, and similar products—can damage finishes and are extremely difficult to remove. To maintain the condition and appearance of campus facilities, all postings must adhere to the approved locations and guidelines.
If there is a need to direct guests to a specific area for an event or meeting, please see Kathy Welsh about getting a portable sign for the event. Keep in mind we also have digital signage options.
Drives/Collections (clothing, food, etc.) must have an official CPH sponsor and items collected must be distributed within the university community or aligned with the mission of CPH. Collected items need to be collected by Fridays at 4:30 p.m. (no boxes left out over weekends.) Please review the drives/collections calendar to ensure no other drives are scheduled during your preferred time. Then click on the button below to fill out a workflow form for approval and instructions.
Animals in buildings: Animals are not permitted in any university building or structure. Some exceptions include service animals, experimental subjects or certified therapy animals as approved by the appropriate vice president.
