The CAFES project team will support up to 30 Colorado employers that identify a policy or best practice to address the growing number of experienced employees (age 50+). For organizations selected to participate, the process will consist of four-steps to be taken over a 12 month period. Participants will engage in: (a) an organizational self-assessment, (b) the development of a strategic plan, (c) the implementation of capital investment and operations, and (d) a successful launch. The process will require up to four hours each month, and the CAFES team will provide ongoing support including the engagement of national experts to help advance organizational efforts.
