We are now accepting nominations for the 2026 Iowa Public Health Heroes Award. The nomination deadline has been extended to Friday, Feb. 20, 2026. Award recipients will be recognized at a reception at the Public Health Conference of Iowa in Des Moines in April 2026.

Each nomination should be accompanied by a nomination letter of no more than three pages, which you can upload via the form below. Multiple signatories may be incorporated into the letter. Evidence should include specific information regarding the accomplishments of the individual relative to the award criteria.
