File an appeal if you are a current UI undergraduate student who has applied for and been denied standard admission to the Public Health BA or BS major at the University of Iowa. We know that there is much more to a student than their scores and numbers. Please tell us the ways in which your test scores and GPA do not accurately reflect your potential for academic success in the College of Public Health. Current UI Only GPA: Current Total GPA (Answer this if you also have transfer credit from an institution that is not the University of Iowa ) Tell us about your goals and why you think gaining standard admission to the College of Public Health will aid you in achieving those goals. Requirements for Standard Admission to the College of Public Health are that you have completed CPH:1400 with a grade of B or better and CPH:1600 with a grade of B- or better and that your cumulative GPA for all UI coursework is a 2.75 or above. Please tell us how your grades thus far at the University of Iowa do not accurately reflect your potential for future success in the CPH, or give us insight in to any extenuating circumstance that may have had an impact on your ability to meet these prerequisites.
